The tree is, okay, Wayfair gets a ZERO for their customer expectations and delivery. As ordered delivery date was December 16-18. I HAD to have it by 12/22. Didn’t get delivered as promised. Next delivery promise was 12/20. Okay, I can make that work. On 12/22 I was told the new delivery date was 12/27? I didn’t need a full priced CHRISTMAS TREE five days after I had Christmas with my kids. This ruined our annual tradition of decorating the tree together. When I got back in Chicago on 1/8/24, the tree was brought up by my neighbor. I will not keep this product. Wayfair’s CEO just makes unreasonable product promises and expects his staff to be nice and get us to accept their failure to keep delivery promises, and spend on their products anyway. Nope, I expect a full refund. I will likely never buy from this company again, I’d caution you from doing the same.
