Sapin de Noël vert plume artificielle réaliste avec lumières DEL

When I set up the tree for Christmas 2024, the middle section did not light up, so I thought I would just string some new lights in the middle section. Wayfair could not help me identify the lights that I would need. They gave me Nearly Natural's customer service number. Nearly Natural told me that they could not help me at all, that Wayfair was supposed to take care of all after-sales issues. So I just purchased a string of T5 warm white lights, that were way whiter than the tree's lights. So I'm not optimistic that I'm going to find replacement lights for this tree.

I still have not considered whether I'm going to send this back it is a beautiful tree, however I noticed And putting the tree together the light are wrapped around the branches of the tree, I can literally move several of them out of the way and had to. Some of the branches do not have lights so there are a few areas In the middle that are not lighted I am having to move the branches around. In all my years of having Christmas trees I have not seen lights wrapped around the branches. I just purchased this tree a week ago and debating whether to keep it or send it back.
