You can’t get replacement for the lights that plug into a transformer. And the service you get from wayfair is more or less we can’t help you So don’t buy this product I bought to 1 doesn’t work at all.

This tree is terrible. I highly recommend NOT purchasing this tree. It looks NOTHING like the pictures advertised. It’s so see through and the lights are not placed very well. They all look like they are in the middle of the tree.

I did get the tree I ordered, I opened the box so I see you don't take returns after they are opened. I thought you sold quality products but I guess not. Would love a refund for this cheap replacement that was sent.

I love this tree I decorate for our local Volunteer Fire dept. and received many completion on it

It was hard to give this tree 1 star! Looked nothing like the picture! Didn't appear to be 5' and not as many branches as shown in the online picture. I didn't even bother to assemble, it looked so bad in the box, I didn't want to waste my time with it. I would not recommend purchasing this tree.
