This tree is exactly what I was looking for. The size works nicely in my apartment living room, not too big or small. It arrived quickly, even with the Thanksgiving delay. Setup was a breeze - not a single needle fell off while unboxing and fluffing the branches. Very happy with this purchase!

Perfect size for our space, realistic, got this for a very good price (have seen more cheaply made ones at much higher prices). Much easier to move than my previous artificial tree, and this one shows off the ornaments better.

This was a disappointing purchase. The artificial Christmas tree arrived with a section missing from the box. When I tried to use the Return option on the Wayfarer app, it would never complete the request sending me into a perpetual loop having me start over 4 times. I then went to the Chat option and got a “live” chat rep. After spending over 30 minutes to get through the request to return the item, I received an email with a return label that would not print. I finally had to print 10 pages of instructions with a visual of the label that printed on two different pages. Wayfarer could not send me a printable PDF of the label, so I had to tape the two pages together. It was ridiculous! It reminded me why I don’t like to buy from Wayfarer.

I have put off buying an artificial tree for decades, thinking one will never replace a living tree. But a living tree is a lot of work, and at 77, this is the year I decided to shop for something more manageable. After looking at numerous disappointing trees online and in stores I came across the 7-foot easy up tree and decided to give it a try. It's lovely! And affordable! And indeed easy up! I am so happy with this purchase and the service Wayfair provides.

Easy assembly... looks good in October! Think it will be just what I wanted -- will know when fluffed in December. Thx!
