The tree itself is nice but the stand it’s in was warped and the tree didn’t stand up . The stand comes already fixed to tree and there’s no way to tighten it etc . When I called customer service they sent me a new stand that looked like it was ripped off another tree and it was also damaged . I returned tree not worth the money .

The star of this purchase is Wayfair customer service. Our first tree arrived with an unlit section and a crooked trunk. Wayfair immediately sent out another tree that arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. I am pleased with the purchase; I love the "woodsy", natural look of the tree. Very well packaged.

It’s perfect, the lights are bright and evenly distributed. A little fluffing and it’s Ready to decorate.
