Very bare tree, not full at all like picture. See through. Very skinny, not a full tree. Honestly very disappointed. Not the quality I’ve experienced from Wayfair. This is not something I recommend. Asked for refund but then I would have to hassle with putting back in tiny box and trying to ship out. It took an hour to try ti fluff and assemble. Not having the time or ability to get it flattened again. Arggg. Frustrating.

I thought I had found everything I needed, and unfortunately did not have any time to try to put up the tree until 3 days before Christmas. That was due to the significantly delayed delivery, which was extremely unfortunate. That took me past the window in which I had time to actually put up the tree and decorate it, and the next window was way too late. And putting it up I discovered two things: first, that I could not synchronize the top section with the bottom two sections, but even sadder was the fact that that was one of the few troubleshooting information pieces that I was given in the box with the instructions. So they pre anticipated the problems I had, and attempted to give a workaround that didn't work. That was very disappointing that they actually knew before shipping what the potential problems were, and it became assertive lottery to see if your tree had it, or if you could fix it on your own. I couldn't everything was correctly connected, so I ended up with a tree that was partly multicolor and partly White. Then as I got into working more closely with the tree, I discovered all the visible parts and wires that were not covered. There were actually quite visible wires going through quite visible holes. You can't do enough fluffing to make that work, it's too dangerous even with LEDs. I feel like I didn't even get what I paid for. If they had been honest with their marketing, of course they wouldn't have sold any, but it's very painful to be so saddened by not having a Christmas tree on the 22nd. I did get the refund on the 23rd which was very good, just not good enough when they knew that the odds were that somebody would be like I was, or they wouldn't have written the specific troubleshooting information that was packed with the tree and could not be resolved in my case. That was very disappointing. So now it's Christmas Eve and I can finally go shopping for a tree with my refund, but I won't really have time to put it up and decorate it and enjoy it. That's sad. It wasn't by any stretch a last minute order, but I'll be running around like it's a last minute thing today or tonight. Sigh. Up until now I've been so happy with Wayfair most of the time, I'm just sorry now that I depended on them to ship a quality item as described and pictured. Sorry that these pics are not ideal, always challenging to try to take a pic of a Christmas tree, but I think they represent how it came out. I will probably still order from Wayfair if I have plenty of time to exchange before an item is needed. This wasn't that.

This tree turned out to be so nice! Love the size and color of the tree. It was super simple to put together as well!

Perfect! Just as described and arrived fast! Still need to decorate it but I love that I can press a button to change colors! Happy holidays everyone!

Beautiful and very realistic. Easy to assemble! A lot of light options as far as twinkling or steady.
