Item was marked wrong on the website which resulted in 3 wrong trees delivered over a few month period. I never did get the right tree because it was never in stock.

Ordered a 12ft tree. Got a 6.5ft tree. Customer Service Agent asked us to take it out of the box, assemble it and prove it wasn’t 12ft to process the return. Ridiculous!

I bought 2 of these. The quality is fantastic. The trees are very thick.
