I would like to return this it is not what I expected

This is my first time getting an artificial tree, and I am pleased. The height fits my room perfectly. At first the color looked more artificial in the box but once I spread the leaves out collectively it looks more realistic. It takes about 30 to 45 minutes to spread all of the leaves, but it’s relatively easy to set up . It’s great for people who want to have a tree for future years without having to re-purchase.

The tree is easy to assemble. The branches fold down and overall appear to look pretty symmetrical. Unfortunately, pieces of the tree kept falling off as I was gently fluffing the branches. I had to use part of the branches to wrap around the metal that is exposed on each limb as it connects to the trunk area. It definitely has the texture of cheap fake pine needles which makes sense but is still disappointing. Especially since it was coming apart right out of the box. It’s also not as full as it appears in the listing.
