Nice tree, mixed branches. They do need to be fixed in order to look full. Need to put ornaments on the tree in order to see if i love it

Beautiful tree! Unfortunately, there was one section that would not light. I've been working with customer service since the last week in November/first week of December to get a replacement. I still don't have my replacement ( it is now 4/23 but have been assured it will be sent as soon as the company's inventory is replenished). I really love the micro lights but they cannot be repaired or replaced.

The top tier of lights did not work. Wiring is not well hidden or organized in tree.

I love the tree and the speed in which it was delivered! However, I specified delivery to my back porch, and it was delivered on my front porch. Since we were on vacation when it was delivered, it was exposed to thieves as well as weather.

way over priced spent 2 wks getting lites to work may have to replace lites if any more problems
