I ordered this tree and it arrived damaged and the lights do not work. I’m having a difficult time with Wayfair as a customer who purchases many items . The return policy has changed and I have spoken to three different people who have stated they will do the return and send me the return label. It’s a week later and they keep asking me to send more pictures as the box is damaged however they wish to see the actual tree. We have packaged the box for return as customer service says they are dispatching fed x for pick up. Now they wish to have pictures of the tree lights
