Love that it has wider steps and goes higher than the step ladders I currently have. Will be using it to paint soon and it seems like it’s exactly what I need. Would’ve given it 5 stars but my husband says he feels like it’s a little shaky. I think it’s fine.

Just what I needed. Seems sturdy and allows us older folks security in using a ladder and getting up a little higher, safely. I’m happy.

The Wayfair website stated very clearly that this product was fully assembled and required no assembly, so I was more than a little miffed that when I opened the box is was not fully assembled and the instructions were scant and somewhat confusing. It's just wrong to state that the ladder is fully assembled when it is not, so I likely won't shop at Wayfair again. As for the ladder itself, despite the fact that it is 27 lbs. it's a little wobbly, and it's kind of flimsy. I'll have to wait to see how it holds up, but I have concerns and I would have returned it if it wasn't such a bear to repack it and ship it back, so yeah, I have buyers remorse.

Seems to do the job. Lightweight and folds up nicely. Will be great for decorating my Christmas tree.

Very sturdy. Good value for the money. Great for older people for balance. Steps rather than rungs.
