Reflections 8 in. x 16 in. Diamond Grade Glass Mirror Beveled Large Format Subway Decorative Kitchen & Bathroom Wall Tile

More of a smokey mirror versus the darker gray down in the picture but for me, they were exactly what I was looking for.

Let me start off saying the tile is beautiful. The problem is I can’t get the right tile to finish the job. I ordered this tile on April 22nd. Unfortunately, many of the tiles in the boxes arrived broken therefore the job could not be completed. Customer service sent out replacement tiles. I thought great. Sadly when the tiles arrived the were not the tiles I ordered. Instead of mirrored tiles, I received frosted tiles. I contacted customer service again and shared my concerns. The representative did due diligence and confirmed that the items I received were different from the tile I ordered. Wayfair sent out another replacement. Again I received the wrong tiles. That happened a total of 4 times. Two days ago I was assigned to a case manager and was told that before they send out another shipment they will need to confirm that I am indeed getting the wrong tile. They were supposed to send me an email so that I can upload pictures so that they could help me resolve this issue. To date, (09132019) no email and I have not heard back from the customer service representative or the case manager. My biggest fear is that Wayfair no longer has the tile I ordered initially and I will not be able to finish my kitchen. This could be very expensive for me. I am completely frustrated. I am not sure I can continue to shop at this website if they are not able to solve this problem.
