Good for what I used it for ... closed off utility room. Lines don't match up, but from a distance you can't really tell. Design works well for my use.

Easy enough to use but biggest issues were inconsistency in pattern and coloration of the tile. Tile coloration varied from bright white to yellowed and gray. So if you are doing a small area then you may make it work but there is no way you would be able to do the square footage shown in the product photo and expect consistency in pattern and color.
