Very pretty but went with a different one

Worst experience ever!!!! Order the product, they sent the wrong items to me. The first agent said to ship the right products to me right away lied about delivering it on Monday. Then on Tuesday UPS attempted to deliver it to a completely wrong address. UPS told me the shipping put the receiving address wrong. I called Wayfair for correction, they said they fixed it. Now I'm getting a notice from UPS again saying it is being shipped to a new address, which is still wrong. I called UPS again and they told me only 2 of the 4 packages were corrected and the other two are still having the wrong address. Their incapability has delayed my home project for a week and I don't know whether it will be resolved. I hired someone to put the back splash on for me, now I will end up paying them more. After calling Wayfair at least 5 times and got assured over and over again they would not make a mistake again, I have completely lost faith in their capability and doubt if they care about their customers at all. I never had such lousy online shopping experience ever. Will strongly recommend everyone to say away from them.
