Terrible customer service from Wayfair. Every panel has least one brick totally cracked or chipped. They arrived extremely damaged and Wayfair was zero help since we were just outside of the 30 day window. Don’t trust that Wayfair will ship a quality product. .

Half of the bricks arrived broken. Love the color and texture though. Will reach out to customer service.

I used these to cover a drywalled chimney to make it look real in my kitchen and to build a fireplace on the opposite side of the wall in my dinning room. I love the look! They are rough textured, which is exactly what I was looking for. I used a white grout and love the way it turned out! They were easy to install using a premixed adhesive. A few of the bricks were broken but that is to be expected. Nothing like some of the other reviews stated. One box was worse than others and Wayfair made it right and sent me a new box after I sent pictures. I plan to use these in more places as we continue to remodel the house.
