Almost finished laying the tile it looks great!

All tiles were delivered in a timely manner, however, unusable tiles. All were broken! Beautiful finish, but thinner than expected. Also, no markings on any of the boxes "Fragile", "Do not drop", etc. - poorly shipped, buyer beware.

The tile is beautiful I haven't had it installed yet. My first order was a large order so it came wrapped on a pallet, with no issues. I decided that I wanted to retile the half bath too, so I ordered 4 more boxes. When they arrived in 4 separate regular boxes and every last box of tiles was broken. Shattered and not one box had Fragile or Handle with Care on the box. They put each box of tiles in popcorn styrofoam that you did nothing to stop the tile from moving or breaking. I do not understand how a tile company can box up fragile tile and send it out by a third party and not let them know that the item is breakable. So Wayfair sent me out 1 box, not 4 (but they are taking care of that now). The box arrived and it is the same thing again every last tile is shattered and again the box was not marked FRAGILE or BREAKABLE anywhere. So I am trying this one more time if this 3rd shipment arrives damaged I am sending it all back. Very disappointed with the packaging company or whoever is sending out the product and not marking the box FRAGILE. Now as far as the quality of the tile 5 stars but as far as the tile reaching me and getting to finish my remodel 1 star. The tiles are beautiful and I know once I am able to have my flooring complete is going to be amazing, it's been going on 3 weeks and I am still waiting on replacement tiles that aren't shattered when I get them.

Beautiful tile but badly packaged. So many broken tiles but to much drama to try and replace.
