This is my second order of same tiles, did not have enough from for my project and had to order more. This time they came not HONED polished like advertised, or like my first order. Be aware of this problem. I did filed online issue through my order page last night and for some reason got refund only for one box out of 4. Now my account setting were modified in such a way, that I have one box of free tile and still have to return 4, but this time, the only way for me to return the item is by paying for shipping which is $34.60 out of $55.98 of tile cost. No one contacted me like they say in email confirmation, but modified my account orders page? So they had time to change my options with return but did not have time to contact me. Just doesn't seem honest or fair to a customer.

Suitable for outdoor use in climates without freezing temperatures, it combines durability with contemporary appeal to enhance any interior or exterior setting. Note: Inspect all tiles before installation. Natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in colour, shade, finish, etc. It is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when installing. Natural stones may be characterized by dry seams and pits that are often filled. The filling can work its way out and it may be necessary to refill these voids as part of a normal maintenance procedure. All-natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer. After installation, the vendor disclaims any liabilities.
