Beautiful Tile! It is classy, clean and simple without being too overpowering. It looks expensive! Highly recommend!

This tile is beautiful. I love the look. Our installer did find it pretty frustrating to install due to the tiles coming off the mesh.

This MSI product (along with the subway tiles) has been hard to locate so I was really happy to find it at Wayfair. I was very pleased with the end result.

Love, love, love this tile. Just used it to replace the tile in our entryway and I could not be happier. It's exactly what I was looking for. See pictures. One reviewer noted that the tile has a crackle effect. It does -- which does not come across in the product images (but you can see it in my pictures). This was not a problem for me because I was using it on my floor. You have to get in really really close to see the crackle effect. If you're planning to use this tile for a backsplash or something more eye level, you might want to take that into consideration, but for a floor, it was a non issue. I love how bright and airy it makes our entryway feel. :)
