The tile is beautiful! But there seems to have been a packaging/delivery problem, many tiles were chipped on the corners and front edges and a few were broken. There were many other tiles that were chipped on the back side, but I can still use those. The ones I can't use added up to about 3/4 of a box. All 6 boxes looks like they had been dropped as the boxes were torn at the seams.

I am hoping when I receive the second shipment of this tile, that I can rate it as a 5. The first batch arrived very broken. The reason I rate it so high, is it is really pretty tile and Wayfair bent over backwards to make it right. The customer service I received was second to none.
