This was the worst experience I have ever had with Wayfair.ca! I ordered 3 boxes (30 sq/ft) of this tile, for the first delivery the tile boxes were shipped in another box ~1.5x's bigger than the original tile box. When I opened them on receipt they were completely broken up and every small tile was chipped. The order had to be returned by FedEx and Wayfair promised the replacement order would be perfectly delivered, well you guessed it, the replacement order arrived the in the same condition. Each order was near $800.00 dollar disaster, and they didn't learn their lesson. Don't waste your time, 3 weeks total and still no tiles lol
