I ordered the polished white. What I received was neither white, nor polished. It is an off white with brown veining and completely useless to me since it doesnt match my white top in the vanity. I tried to tell Wayfair they sent me the wrong item but all they offered was a partial refund or pay to ship it back. Paying to ship it back isnt worth the price. They didnt even try to fix the mistake, which was disappointing. Beware that what you see in the picture mat not be what you receive.

I used to have full confidence shopping on Wayfair because if there was any problems like product damages andor parts missing the customer service rep could always gave me a satisfactory resolution during the first phone call. But not this time - A button was missing in this headboard and when I called Wayfair I was told by the customer service rep that they now have to report to their executive team and it will take few business days to to reply to me. So I explained that I had a time issue since my guest was arriving so I asked for a partial credit and though I could figure out how to fix the issue. Long story short it took me 2 days to realize I can’t find an exact match to the fabric therefore couldn’t just add the missing button so I had to replace all of them. So I spent 24 on the buttons and upholstery needles plus 3 hrs to replace all 14 buttons. Also the legs of this headboard doesn’t fit the width of my pretty standard king bed frame (the frame was purchased from Mattress Firm so it’s as main stream as it gets) so we had to add cleats to the thin wood edges to hang it to the wall. And a week later I received 6.7 partial credit from Wayfair ( What a joke! The silver lining is the new buttons made this quite ordinary headboard look much more custom. But I think I can order from Wayfair with my previous confidence anymore.

It is a piece of tile so I can't give it one star. It came in the most frustrating, toxic hard foam I've ever seen. Took 30-40 minutes to cut away with an exacto knife. Then the tile was damaged, not quite white (as described) and almost a full 1/4 inch shorter than advertised.

It looks like I order the wrong item by mistake online. To send it back would cost me shipping. Lucky for me item total was only $13.85, It would have been a little over $8.00 to ship back. The item I wanted, order was placed by phone. I am very confident that I will receive the right purchase order. In the future for me I will order by phone.
