3 bathroom renovations and this continues to be our go-to fanlight. Super effective and minimizing condensation and steam and super quiet. The light and nightlight are added bonuses. This is worth the splurge when compared to much cheaper options.

Fan works great a little noisier than I thought but overall it does a nice job. Have it hooked to a 3 way switch to control fan&light together, night light separately, and separate vanity light.

The fan itself is great, powerful and remarkably quiet. Ran a separate line for it and use a timer switch. Then ran a different line for the light (very bright) and use a dimmer switch for it. Only had enough space for a 2 gang switch so didn't wire up the night light. Have a 5×9 bathroom and upgraded the original 3" duct to the soffit (basically useless) and ran a 6" duct throug a roof vent. WOW, what a difference. Mirror fog dissipates in immediately. Install brackets could be better, but unit itself great. Highly recommend.
