This is a nice-looking system, but I had to replace the shower valve twice upon installation due to leaking. I would not recommend it as I lost confidence in this brand due to the issues I had with this shower system.

This looks great but the quality is so-so. The finish started chipping on the shower head after almost no use and we just use soap and water to clean. But I contacted the company and they send us a replacement part super quickly.

This system is beautiful, very luxurious for the price. Everything is heavy chrome except for the handheld piece which Is plastic. i was concerned about it feeling cheap but it doesnt. Great water pressure stream from both heads. I would say, you must be careful when handling, our plumber nicked part of the coating off the temperature gauge when installing, its minor so I ignore it but something to be cautious about.

Love the pillow, but it arrived with the most foul smell. It is currently sitting outside in the cold, in an attempt to alleviate the smell. The cover isn’t removal to wash, so I’m not sure what my options are if the cold doesn’t kill the scent.

This shower system looks beautiful and the rain head shower feels amazing!
