I can only give 2 stars. It took awhile to arrive. I am Disabled so I had to hire someone to install it. I went to roll it just a little bit to angle and tubing came out.... I'm waiting to receive new machine. So I appreciate greatly that WayFair sent me a New Air Conditioner to replace the one the Tubing came out of... However, I can only give this one that was just Installed last Wednesday a 1 Star I don't even hear the compressor turning on. And I can be standing about 4 feet away and feel No COLD AIR at All. I am Disabled and have problems standing and am in constant paid with Fibromyalgia, and I've had a Stroke in the passed. We don't make much on ODSP and here I've had to pay $80.00 dollars for the 2nd time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. My Apartment is still 86 F in the morning after this New Machine has been set up. NO photo's to add for new one. Looks great. Just doesn't Blow Cold Air like it should. Don't even hear Compressor turning on and off..
