So disappointed. Does not compete with the 12000 BTU window air conditioner that cooled my entire first floor for nearly 18 years. Gotta come up with a new plan, this isn’t it.

This air conditioner is fantastic and a great addition for the Texas heat. The wheels make it very easy to move and set-up. The hot air exhaust doesn't leak and its easily connected to the bracket for the window.

We are in the process of turning our garage into a music studio for our kids, and this is perfect. It blows super cold air for the summer and warm for the winter. It has a 24 hr timer, looks nice, and comes with everything you need to use it. Very high quality. It even comes with an adjustable attachment to hook the drain to your window.

What's great about this portable air conditioner is the size. It's not too heavy or boxy so it doesn't overtake the space. Having a built-in heater too is awesome but since it's summer, I haven't had the chance to use it yet. Great buy!
