Great concept! With our water heater, water softener, furnace, and reverse osmosis systems all together in one place in the basement, this gives a sense of safety for if there was a water leak. The set up is a bit time consuming. The WiFi connector is a nice added option if you want to use the app. This part would be helpful if you’re not home to hear the alarm.

We have a condo in the mountains that we arent often at. This gives us some peace of mind when the temperatures drop That the pipes in the house arent bursting. Great shipping and good quality, glad we have one.

Is a little over complicated setup, but seems to work well. Comes with batteries. The battery compartment is a little unfinished but that’s fine as long as kids can’t get to this. I tested a unit in water and it alarmed quickly and loudly. The base that plugs into the wall seems to be unnecessary and isn’t easy to use. Instructions to change volume were unclear. I have opted for now to NOT has the app because it requires an account.

I haven’t had a major issue yet, but the water leak detectors seem like they’ll work well. The test worked well. The instructions could be a little clearer, but otherwise, this product is a fabulous idea. I love that they included 3 sets of batteries in the box. I will be using them in a second property (2.5 hours away). How else would we know if there’s a problem with something like the old hot water heater, especially when we aren’t there all of the time? Overall, I have high hopes that it will work great for us and will quickly alert us if we have an emergency.

Great idea! The set includes three detectors, batteries and the home base monitor. The detectors are a little hard to open but once they are set up, they work great. The instructions are a bit confusing, referring to the finder page with no explanation on what that is or where to find it. I was finally able to test each detector with and without the home base. Im still trying to get them set up with the app that notifies you of water leaks when youre not home. Hopefully, I can get this working. Instructions need to be more clear. The device itself is small and is suitable for the laundry room or under the sink.
