The quality seems good and I believe it will be a great unit. Easy installation (I have installed similar ones in the past) this had very good instructions. However, the Seller needs to find a more reliable shipping agent. FedEx is terrible! At least in our location in Seattle. I have witnessed the local driver drop boxes off the truck, throw them in the porch and bounce it heavy box down the truck steps! Our delivery arrived damaged with oil on the box and dented product!

I love the mini split it works great however, if it’s really cold outside the heat only works for so many hours then stops . The AC works great it’s only the heater that at 20-30 degrees works for awhile then stops

We got this to go in that one bedroom over the garage that can’t quite keep up temperature-wise. I wouldn’t say this is “easy” installation, but I wouldn’t say it’s hard either. It is a multi-step process, but thankfully the manual is very thorough. (See attached photo showing all the pieces.) I like all the remote options and that the system can connect to WiFi. Cools well. I don’t have any complaints.

Finishing our garage and wanted heat and air as we get all 4 seasons here in MI. This is exactly what we needed, reasonable price. Arrived in two separate boxes. Had to hire a professional to come out and install as I don’t have the experience but I’m so happy with his split system. It runs pretty quietly and is easy to use, remote is perfect!!
