Beautiful I can’t wait to use it. I ordered it WAY before the remodel had even started. It comes crated, then a cardboard box. No way to inspect it right away. It comes with absolutely NO instructions at all. The bands you see around the tub are loose and not attached to the tub. We’re going to glue or put a small block of wood between the tub and band so it will stay in place. It also has a sandwich baggie (literally) with a sponge and liquid in it. We don’t know if it is to wipe down the tub or to keep the wood in shape during shipping from China. We still LOVE this tub and I would order it again but inspect it upon arrival. Our house is too small and full of boxes, not unpacked STILL, ugh.

Tub itself is beautiful, but it arrived damaged with a 1" square chip missing from the front bottom of the unit. It also appeared to be stored outside as there was evidence of water stains on the bottom and a sponge fully soaked in a plastic bag inside the unit when it arrived. The straps were all very loose as well which suggest shrinkage from sitting outside.
