Just installed the spout. Works great, but there is a issue with surface of it. When the plumber installed the shower (got form Grolta) and this spout he put masking tape around everything. When painting masking tape came off, the matte black finish partially came off from the spout. Underneath of the black finish there is polished surface. How any paint can stay strong on the polished metal? When I chat with Wayfair assistant they offered $26.46 refund or return it and get full refund. Guess what was my choice? I paid $132 for that spout and plumber isn’t cheap. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this product and customer service policy for cases like mine should be different.
