Was very nice but returned as not needed

The bench is beautiful but we did not read the install prep details before finishing and tiling the shower wall and therefore we were not able to use it. I tried to return it but the seller would not take it back since it was more than 30 days. Considering how long it takes to do a project like this, I don’t think a 30-day return policy is reasonable. Now I’m stuck with an expensive product that I cannot use.
