Finish:Matte Black
The description listed the heighth as 23", which is a perfect heighth for fingertip towels. I believe this is meant to hold two hand towels and a washcloth, because using the lowest ring for a hand towel leaves it dragging. I had to wrap it around the ring to get it short enough. PROS: Heavy base won't tip over. Paint color is evenly applied and manufacturing quality is high CONS: Lowest ring is really too low for hand/fingertip towel.

Finish:Polished Nickel
The quality was nice (I ordered in Polished Nickel), however, the lower rings were way too low. Any size towels would drape onto the counter top. I'm going to have to return it. Pros: Good quality, nice finish Cons: Too short to hold even a small towel on lower rings
