I purchased this product with the expectation that it would be delivered when they stated it would. I received the product in pieces. The drain was delivered first, then the sink. When I opened the box, the basket strainer was missing. There was No note in the box or no email to tell me the strainer was not coming with the sink. I called Wayfair and they told me there were only 2 deliveries for this product, the sink and the drain. Well....we have a problem. The rep with Wayfair stated she would place the order for the strainer, this was last Thursday. Today, I received an email stating, " Unfortunately, replacement part(s) from your order #‌3713283912 have been delayed. Our delivery agent expects to have your item(s) by Friday, July 29." Well... had I known this part was on back order, I would have never ordered the sink. I didn't know the parts were all parsed out. This is something Wayfair should note in their system so customers can make the decision to buy or not based on the timelines they have. This is truly an inconvenience since my granite people have already come and measured the space and this sink! This is bad business and we won't be ordering from this vendor again.

Sink looks good and was delivered ahead of time! Haven’t yet installed it.
