Solid and heavy! The brackets look really great in our modern bathroom. I can see why some folks would have Issues mounting to drywall with such a small post, but these look great attached to our wood sink cabinet. Installed in under 5 minutes too!

Not good. The foot print to wall of each mounting post doesn't provide enough surface for good contact and there is only one stud for each mounting post to affix to. Therefore, the elements rotate pretty much no matter how tight you tighten the grub screws. I managed to get a semi-satisfactory install by using a facing washer and toggle bolt for the mounting hardware as the nylon wallboard anchors were just hopelessly weak. Also, the two posts were different sizes. One was noticeably thicker than the other. I would NOT buy this product. Very frustrating to install. I suspect it will be wobbly and rotating in place before much longer.
