By far the best decision made! This item sat in my cart for at least 6 months before I pulled the trigger. Only down fall the price always fluctuates up and down and less than 2 weeks after purchasing it was less than $500 than what I paid and Wayfair wasn't willing to negotiate, but my advice is get it without hesitation you won't regret it!

This is a very good well-made unit with all quality materials. It is very strong yet lite. The screen material is high quality and has a sun blocking effect. If you don't like mosquito bites and spend a lot of time in the garage, then this is for you. The assembly was not that hard, only toke me 2 days to complete. Thanks Wayfair, love it.
