I love this! I have a contemporary master bathroom that doesn't have a lot of ventilation, ad a wonderful pool/spa with wet towels and bathing suits, that gives you a need for a heated towel rack that dries 'em. This does that. I agree with other posters that having more space between the bars would have been nice, maybe the top bar with a 6" spread. BUT it looks gorgeous! It heats and dries towels, bathing suits and robes wonderfully!

Smaller than it looks in the advertisement photo. Not ideal for hanging bath towel. Probably okay for a couple of hand towels. Must be installed by an electrician. Total cost of installation including fees for the electrician and a painter to patch the wall with sheet-rock and repaint is likely to run at least as much as the cost of this towel warmer. Fortunately, Wayfair allowed me to return for full refund. So, we never installed this.
