All the hotels that we visited in Italy had towel warmers. When we got home we just had to have one for our home. We are delighted with this purchase! It is so nice to get out of the shower and dry off with toasty warm towels. It was easy to assemble and install. I highly recommend this product.

Seems to be a solidly built and lasting product (we don't have it wired yet-waiting for electrician). Looks great. The only con we can think of is that it's fairly heavy in weight and you want to make sure you have it fastened into your wall joists solid and securely. UPDATE: Been installed for awhile now and they love it...works great!
