What a huge disappointment! This towel warmer hardly warms up, stays on in increments of 5 to 60 mins, none of which is ever enough to warm anything. Considering the enormous price tag, we couldn't be more dissatisfied. Def do not recommend.

We now cannot live without heated towels! The installation was a bit tricky(oder home) but it looks great and is very sturdy. Having warm and dry towels in humid summers is wonderful.
