Great model! Bought this to replace a different brand that a client had ordered from a different NON-WAYFAIR vendor that had died inside of a couple of days. This one is great.

This towel warmer works great. We wish that it automatically turned off, so watch that part!

It is one of the best items we added in our renovation. I had never seen one in person before and added it on a whim. It keeps our towels warm and dry making them fresher for longer and holds two towels easily. You can squeeze a couple more on if needed. We have kids who touched it out of curiosity and while uncomfortable didn’t hurt them. We really didn’t know what we were doing and I might suggest adding a timer. Ours is always on which is fine but it could be more efficient if you wanted it to turn off.
