I installed it myself, quite a challenge but very nice. It came as expected and put at my front door. After making sure it didn’t leak I had two nice boys take it upstairs. It required three separate circuits for wiring and special attention to the size hoses for the plumbing and drains. I had to reinforce the floor joists to hold the load for tub and water. Of course I waterproofed everything before putting it in and then tiling. The price and quality was as good or better than competitors. I researched well to find exactly what I wanted.

We had the tub installed for my brother-in-law, unfortunately he has never been able to use it due to declining health issues. My husband and myself use it all the time. Very pleased.
