Not quite what I needed

I purchased the American Standard faucet cartridge from your website, the cartridge was too short (2 ½ inches long). Your website below shows the length to be 3 inches long. This is the this is the third time ordering from three different websites vendors with the same wrong length. Requested for "Consumer Connection Advisor, LIXIL AMERICAS" to check and provide the part number for the 3 inch cartridge. This was the second request made to Lixil with no reply.

Top quality in a reasonable amount of time. I have other America Std fixtures that I am sure will need parts at some point and am glad to know where to get them.

As always I am pleased with the speed of delivery and the product's reliability. I was shocked though about the huge increase in cost. I do hope that American Standard will continue to carry this replacement part.
