I was told by the purchasing agent that it was a complete toilet not just a toilet bowl. I was shocked to find out that it was only the ball and I returned it to your company. You did handled it quite well as far as the return went and I appreciated that but the agent that sold it to me gave me every impression that it was a total toilet.

It was time to replace my very old American Standard toilet. The right height toilet is easier for me to get on and off and it flushes very well. I am very happy with my new toilet.
