looks good but haven't installed it yet to see how it works. Finally installed it and its great. Flushes like a commercial toilet would.

Powerful flush means powerful flush! Loud, sudden, takes getting used to. BUT definitely flushes everything down our relatively flat run of drain lines. Our old toilets were sluggish and took multiple flushing a sometimes. These do not.

I had purchased this toilet that however never made it to my house. After contacting Fedex and after their inquiry ended said it was lost and then contacted Wayfair customer service. They were awesome, they listened and then told me they would resolve the issue. Within a week a replacement was delivered to my door. Top notch customer service and store.
