I think that the product that I received had been used, I felt that the box had been opened beforehand. Product leaked under handles once I pushed handle. Product is probably good, but I feel it was tampered with.

These were put into an office building that was having trouble with people leaving the faucets on. I have had no call backs. It must be doing good.
