Toilet arrived quickly and in great condition. I haven’t installed it yet but the customer reviews are what lead me to purchase this brand and model! Hoping for the best!

Bought 2 pro toilets for my house. Product was boxed so no damage could occur. Instructions were great. Very happy on how they flush and the quality of work put into them

This was a replacement for a toilet that had a poorly engineered tank refill system that wasted an abundance of water reflected in our municipal water bill.🫣

One month in the seal started leaking. Works now with replacement seal but disappointing.

Bought two of these toilets 2 years ago. Last year, the flapper failed so A.S. sent me a new one for each toilet under warranty. Here it is one year later, same story again, only this time, no response from American Standard AT ALL! They know there is an issue with these toilets, they've been through multiple lawsuits, and still refuse to fix the problem. Stay away, far far away!
