The toilet is fine but the delivery took over 3 weeks.

Love Love Love this toilet. you will NOT have any of the problems associated with 1.28 gallon bowls with this one. This thing works just as good as a 1.6 gallon toilet. Fantastic engineering design. Kudos to American Standard! The toilet seats on all toilets these days are made of cheap plastic so you may need to upgrade the toilet seat at some point. But it's such an affordable toilet, that it matters very little. Wayfair offered 103 dollars to replace the toilet seat, so kudos to Wayfair.com as well! So even that wasn't a problem. Very happy with the purchase! Very happy. We've had none of the problems and nightmares we've read about with other dual flush models or other 1.28 Gallon models. We've had only good experience. Wayfair review: Fair price with coupon, delivered as promised, delivery service worked well and recommended. Box did not show signs of poor handling. Toilet Review: Likes- I like the height, shape, aesthetics and soft close seat. Not silent, but reasonably quiet and not a problem at night being too loud. Flush volume seems adequate, but sometimes I hold the handle down to get more flow. No complaint from the plumber with installation. Dislike- The seat is flimsy to sit on. Lots of flex and I (only?) weight 160 lbs. I'm worried it could crack or bend if I fell on it, or someone heavy plopped on it. I am very disappointed in the bowl. This replaced a 20+ year old American Standard. This bowl regularly has a small amount of solid waste adhere to different spots requiring frequent cleaning (yuck), whereas the old one rarely had this problem.

Very sleek. Unlike most toilets that are taller and definitely catch your eye, this slim one-piece is beautiful and does not break up the sight line. I have purchased for each of my 4 bathrooms.
