Toilets don't ship well but wayfair makes it right. Paying and picking up at home. Very heavy item. Which I don't understand since they will lose out on money. They don't have you return it when clearly broken and going to recycling or trash. It is good toilet and price but doesn't ship well. Shame because I'm older and nice to get things delivered that are heavy. Now have to find someone to go pick one up carefully.

Unfortunately, this situation has created a significant inconvenience for my family. I had scheduled a plumber to install the toilet, but the installation could not be completed because the toilet appeared to be damaged. I contacted customer service regarding the return, but after four days I still have not received a resolution. In the meantime, my family, including three children, has been left without a functioning toilet for nearly a week. I am also unable to afford purchasing another toilet while waiting for this one to be returned and refunded, which has placed me in a very difficult position. I respectfully believe that this matter should have been resolved much more promptly. This experience has unfortunately made me hesitant to purchase important items like this online in the future The packaging was old and worn, and there was a large amount of tape wrapped around the box. The box had not even been properly sealed, which gave me concerns about how it had been handled during shipping. When my installer came to install the toilet, he immediately noticed a cracking sound and advised me that the toilet appeared to be cracked internally. I personally cannot confirm the cause or when the damage occurred, but it could not be installed because of this issue. Based on my experience, I am very dissatisfied with the shipping and packaging, and unfortunately I cannot give any stars for that aspect. My previous experiences have always been positive, so this was very disappointing.
