I love this faucet. It has a very "light" touch, meaning I can gently raise and lover the handle and move it from right to left without any force. My last faucet I constantly needed W D-40 to swing the faucet left and right.

Beautiful faucet, works smoothly. Installation instructions need overhaul. Recommend installer feed hose from sprayer down though holder attached to sink, then up through the middle sink hole, then attaching to the faucet with a wrench, not a pliers. Trying to attach the sprayer while on your back under the sink is almost impossible to do! Also, recommend using some pipe dope so if removal is needed the threads on all fasteners are lubricated and sealed too. I found a 15mm open end wrench fit the nut on the end of the sprayer hose, which is NOT a conventional six-sided nut for some reason. Bottom line, beautiful faucet, but read other installer comments before starting the installation.

Bought this several years ago based on our excellent experience with American Standard bathroom faucets. But, several problems which shouldn't exist in a faucet of this price: 1. Feed lines are much smaller than previous faucet, so sink fills very slowly. This is not fixable without replacing the faucet! 2. Spout is very hard to swivel. Gets easier after running hot water through it, but you shouldn't have this problem. 3. Aerator was hard to keep from leaking. This again should be easy to get right.

Bought this several years ago, had great warranty support always whenever parts are needed to be replaced. Finish stayed new even after years of service.
