The sink drain product was clearly identified on the web site and easily ordered. I am a handyman, not a full time plumber, but then there arose an issue with fitting the new and proper American Standard drain piece to a sink part that was improperly installed many years earlier. After receiving the part from American Standard, the homeowner decided that she wanted to leave the problematic piece in place. While that was frustrating, I found it was a pleasure to work with American Standard to return the piece that had just been ordered.

2 plumbers could not figure out how it works, awful design. We finally figured it out and installed it ourselves. There was no need to "re-invent the wheel". I probably will not buy American Standard products in the future.

As a female Landlord, I've installed my share of drains. This was by far the easiest, 10 min and done, no leaks!!!
