Warranty replacement from an older model, much prefer this push button sprayer compared to the older push down and turn model, push down and turn was broken half the time, replaced once under warranty. When the whole spigot rusted apart under the counter, I requested a replacement under warranty.

I've had my faucet for almost 3 years. I selected it because I like its design better than the kitchen faucet designs that are "fashionable" these days. I like its clean, sleek lines, and I like having the handle in the center at the top and in the center where I can easily control it with either hand. I don't use the spray function often, but it it very easy to use. The only problem has been occasional scraping noise as the faucet is rotated, but that doesn't affect the performance.

The toggle on the pull out handle is leaking after the first use. Bad design or poorly constructed

I purchased the Quince faucet for my kitchen several months ago as we moved into our new town home and its been a delight. The pull out feature makes washing dishes easier and it was easy to install! Faucet never leaks or drips.

I have had this less than a year and the toggle between stream and spray is failing.No parts are available.
