Purchased 3 of these Extender Body Sprays, which I have yet to install. Reason I bought them was because of the built-in massage function and that they supposedly "pop" out when turned on and retract when turned off. They are made entirely of plastic and feel cheap so questioning how long they will last. There are a couple extra parts in the box as well but the instructions make no mention of them. Not sure they are worth the price.

I installed these a couple months ago and they look great. Installation was easy and the instructions are detailed. My one complaint is that 3 out of 4 of mine are now clogged (I think it's little pieces of the cement board) and they're not easy to unclog. That's partly my fault, I should have been smart enough to install a screen in the elbow, but it doesn't mention anything about a screen in the instructions either.
